On 6 October 2010, Ambassador Nongnuth Phetcharatna hosted an ASEAN Ladies Circle Vienna (ALCV) Luncheon at the Thai Residence.  On that occasion, Mrs. Phuoung, Spouse of the Vietnamese Ambassador, the Chairperson of the ALCV handed over the chairmanship to Mrs. Puja, Spouse of the Indonesian Ambassador who will chair the ALCV until 2011.  The ALCV also welcomed H.E. Mrs. Y. Parraguirre, Ambassador of the Philippines, and Datin Izaidin, Spouse of the Ambassador of Malaysia.  The cordial luncheon was followed by the ALCV General Meeting 2010.
