Welcoming Wattana Children's Chorus

On Tuesday, July 16, 2025, Ambassador Patarat Hongtong welcomed the Wattana Children's Chorus at the Thai Residence. The chorus, comprising 40 primary school students of Grades 4-6  and supervising teachers from Wattana Wittaya Academy, Bangkok Thailand, visited Vienna to participate in The 14th World Peace Choral Festival.

The Ambassador extended her well wishes for a successful upcoming competition and expressed admiration for their role in promoting cultural diplomacy and strengthening people-to-people ties between Thailand and Austria.

On this occasion, the chorus performed some songs they would be using in the competition, including "Panis Angelicus" and "Ram Wong Medley," which greatly impressed the audience.
