AMBASSADOR AND PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND TO THE UNITED NATIONS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (UNIDO) PRESENTED HER CREDENTIALS TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF UNIDO

On 7 February 2023, H.E. Mrs. Vilawan Mangklatanakul, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Thailand to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) presented her credentials to H.E. Mr. Gerd Müller, UNIDO Director General. During the meeting, both sides exchange views on the current challenges and opportunities to further cooperate in achieving Green and Clean industrial development. Thailand encourages UNIDO to maximise potentials of its field office/Regional Hub in strengthening engagements and to expand scale and scope of collaborations. There are possibilities for Triangular Cooperation between Thailand, UNIDO and third countries through regional and sub-regional cooperation frameworks.
