Ambassador attended the 69th UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) – advancing Thailand's Space Cooperation

H.E. Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Vienna, attended the 69th session of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS), held in Vienna, Austria, from 10 – 18 June 2026 – underscoring Thailand's commitment to advancing international cooperation and enhancing its role in space affairs. Furthermore, the Ambassador also welcomed and held discussions with Dr. Pakorn Apaphant, Executive Director of the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), who led the Thai delegation to the 69th COPUOS.
